Whether daily help or occasional support is needed, the kitchen stays stocked and meals are prepared fresh, healthy, and tailored to your needs.

Grocery Shopping Includes:

• Collaborating with clients to create or review a shopping list
• Grocery store trips, purchasing, and delivering items to the home
• Putting away groceries in the pantry and refrigerator
• Picking up medication or household essentials if requested

Please note: Clients provide payment for groceries upfront at the time of submitting the shopping list or before shopping begins.

Meal Preparation Includes:

• Light meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
• Cooking simple, balanced meals based on dietary needs
• Portioning meals into containers if requested
• Cleaning kitchen area after meal prep
